About Me

Hi my name is Aldecia Matthews, mother of two ADHD children, certified ADHD coach and a masters degree in Psychology.

After completing a parent coaching program, working with many individuals in the psychiatric field and all the experiences I have gained on my journey to better support my children. 

​

Here I am, ten years later, I decided to start this business to help parents and adults build focus, structure, and confidence in their daily lives.
